Balanced Dogs LLC provides unparalleled service to dog owners and their dogs by keeping their loved ones calm, social, happy and healthy. Balanced Dogs exercise sessions challenge your dog’s body and mind. Lack of proper mental and physical challenge creates frustration in dogs and can lead to obesity, heart problems, emotional problems and sometimes uncontrollable behavior issues like excessive barking, digging, or chewing. And - let’s face it - no one likes to clean up “accidents” in the house.
Along with exercise we specialize in proper socialization for your dog. In other words, we encourage dogs to be dogs. Dogs, like humans, are pack animals and want and need to be around other animals of their kind. Proper socialization is the cherry on top of a happy walk for your dog. It keeps their social skills sharp, keeps the dog mentally fulfilled and their nose engaged.
**Owners may accompany us on walks to watch and learn. Experience your dog in a proper social environment, living through their nose!
**Clients receive a free half hour with each referral.

** Less than 24 hr notice for cancellation of any reason will result in 50% charge of services scheduled.
Balanced Private Dog Walk
(24hr notice required for pack and private walks or add $5 )
Available in 30-minute or 1-hour increments. May include structured walks, jogging, biking, hiking, rollerblading, swimming, or playing ball or frisbee (depending on your dog’s capabilities and energy level). These half hours were developed with dogs in mind that may need help developing social skills or other issues that may keep them from participating in the pack walks. We work with your dog to get them social. We also provide daily updates.
**Private walks only, human-aggressive and animal-aggressive dogs welcome.
Balanced Pack Walk
(24hr notice required for pack and private walks or add $5 )
Experience the happiness and relaxation that pack walks bring to your dog’s world! Socialization with other dogs is crucial to fulfilling your dog physically and mentally. Pack walks fulfill a dog’s instinctual need to travel and collaborate in a ‘pack’. Your dog will receive a physical energy burn and a mental energy burn from a one-hour or half hour walk. Intensity varies, but every dog gets a good workout.
Balanced Pet Sitting
5 day notice required or add $5 per day
In Your Home Pet Sitting - includes a minimum of 3 visits (30 to 60 minutes each visit) per day. This includes feeding, administering meds,watering houseplants, newspaper & mail pick-up, fish feeding, etc.
During our free in-home initial consultation we will create a detailed pet sitting plan tailored to your dog, including exercise of different intensities, feeding schedule, medications, etc. Whatever your pet needs, we will make sure they have it!
Our goal is to keep your dog in their comfortable, safe home environment so you can both enjoy your vacation. By keeping your pups busy all day with exercise, mental stimulation and proper feeding, you’ll come home to a happy house and an even happier pet!

Let us organize pick up and drop off of your dog for a day of adventure! Perfect for those entertaining house guests, home remodeling, holiday season, house cleaning day, house/dinner parties, or day trips. We will keep your pup/pups busy all day. The times can be arranged for different blocks of the day to fit your needs.

Backyard Agility Equipment
Agility training is not just about excitement and jumping through hoops. It’s a bonding experience with your dog, a chance to show leadership, and a constant reminder of basic commands off-leash (come, wait, sit down, etc.) Balanced Dogs LLC builds custom agility equipment according to your needs. We take into consideration yard-size restrictions and size of your dog(s) to build equipment such as A-frames, see saws, jumps and weave poles. All sizes can be customized.
